Three Season Room Addition

A 3-season room was added to enjoy the shoulder seasons and to tie in seamlessly with the existing home. It’s complete with motorized retractable screens to keep the bugs out when needed and gas heaters for warmth. In the seating area, a large wood-burning fireplace provides extra heat and ambience for cooler evenings or days. An outdoor kitchen and dining area make it possible to entertain and dine outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements and bugs. Skylights also help maximize natural light into the house. This versatile space offers a quiet place to read, contemplate, entertain, and take in the beautifully landscaped garden.
